Sensor Principle:

Tire Pressure Sensor Has Its Own Unique ID.When Purchasing a New Sensor, You Need to Change the ID of the Old Sensor in the Car System to the New ID through OBD So That the Sensor Can Communicate with the Car.

Tire Replacement in Winter and Summer:

If You Use Multiple Tires in Winter and Summer, You Need to Change the New Sensor ID to the System Default ID.After Changing Tires in Winter and Summer, the Sensor Will Work Normally and There Will Be No Fault Lights.Tip: The Installation Location Must Be the Same.

The TPMS Sensor Usually Needs to Be Replaced for One of the following Three Reasons:

The Installation Process

Ⅰ.Loosen the Tire: Remove the Valve Cover and Inner Core and Deflate the Tire.

Ⅱ.Remove the Tire: Clamp the Tire on the Tire Disassembly Machine and Adjust the Valve Nozzle at 1 Point Relative to the Tire Separation Head.Insert the Tire Tool, and Then Lift the Tire Rim to the Installation Head to Discount the Head.

Ⅲ.Remove the Sensor: Use a Screwdriver to Remove Fastening Screws and Sensors from the Valve Stem, Then Loosen the Nut and Remove the Valve.

Ⅳ. Install Sensors and Valves: Slide the Valve Stem over the Valve Hole of the Rim.Tighten the Nut to 4.0 Nm with the Help of Locating Pin.Assemble the Sensor Body against the Rim and Tighten the Screws.

Five.Install Tires: Put the Tires on the Rim and Make Sure That the Valve and the Separation Head Are at an Angle of 180 Degrees.Install the Tire on the Rim.
